The platform is built for honesty — helping agencies build real websites for real businesses faster. It is not a tool for deception, abuse, or harm.
2. Permitted Use
You may use VibeNote.Studio to:
- Build websites for legitimate businesses, organisations, and professionals
- Create landing pages, brochure sites, portfolio sites, and small business websites
- Generate and edit static websites on behalf of paying clients
- Deploy websites for clients who have consented to their website being created
- Use the client editor and blog tools to hand off content management to your client
VibeNote.Studio is intended for professional agency use. If you are building a legitimate website for a real client, you are using the platform correctly.
3. Prohibited Use
You must not use VibeNote.Studio to create, host, or deploy any website that:
- Is designed to defraud or deceive users, including fake business websites and investment scams
- Impersonates a real person, company, government body, or other organisation
- Is used for phishing — collecting login credentials, banking details, or personal data under false pretences
- Promotes or facilitates any illegal activity including drug sales, counterfeit goods, or unlicensed financial services
- Contains hate speech, content that incites violence, or targets individuals for harassment
- Infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties, including copying another website's brand or content without permission
- Distributes malware, spyware, or any malicious code
- Is used to conduct spam campaigns or unsolicited marketing
- Contains or distributes sexually explicit content
- Targets minors in any harmful or inappropriate way
These restrictions are non-negotiable. If we identify a website created through VibeNote.Studio that violates this policy, we will remove access and may report the activity to law enforcement.
4. Content Standards
All content on websites you create using VibeNote.Studio must meet the following standards:
- Accurate — Business information, services, and claims on the website must be truthful and not misleading
- Legal — All content must comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of your client
- Authorised — You must have the right to use all images, text, logos, and other content placed on the website
- Responsible — If you are creating a website for a client, you are responsible for ensuring the client's business and content are legitimate
5. Enforcement
VibeNote.Studio reserves the right to take the following actions against accounts that violate this policy:
- Immediate suspension of the account without notice
- Permanent termination of the account
- Removal of deployed websites from our hosting infrastructure
- Reporting of illegal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities
- Recovery of any costs incurred as a result of the violation
We reserve the right to investigate any account at any time if we have reason to believe it is being used in violation of this policy.
6. Reporting a Violation
If you believe a website created through VibeNote.Studio is being used for harmful, illegal, or deceptive purposes, please report it to us through the platform.
We take all reports seriously and will investigate within 48 hours. If a violation is confirmed, we will act immediately.
