VibeNote.Studio provides tools. We do not create websites — you do. This policy explains the clear distinction between what VibeNote.Studio is responsible for and what you, as the agency, are responsible for.
1. VibeNote.Studio's Role
VibeNote.Studio is a software platform that provides tools for generating, editing, and deploying websites. Our role is limited to:
- Providing the technical infrastructure for AI-powered website generation
- Providing editing tools for modifying generated websites
- Providing deployment infrastructure for hosting static websites
- Providing client access tools for content editing and blog management
VibeNote.Studio does not review, approve, monitor, or control the content of any website created through the platform. We are a tool provider, not a publisher.
VibeNote.Studio is not responsible for:
- The accuracy or truthfulness of content on any website created using the platform
- The legality of any business, product, or service advertised on such websites
- Any claims made to end users on client websites
- Any disputes between an agency, their client, or end users of the created website
2. Agency Responsibility
As the agency using VibeNote.Studio, you are solely and fully responsible for:
- All content published on every website you create using the platform
- Ensuring the business you are building a website for is legitimate and legally compliant
- Verifying that all information provided by your client is accurate before publishing
- Ensuring the website complies with all laws in your jurisdiction and your client's jurisdiction
- Obtaining all necessary licences, consents, and rights for images, content, and branding used on the website
- Handling any complaints from end users of the websites you deploy
By creating and deploying a website using VibeNote.Studio, you accept full legal and moral responsibility for that website's content and the impact it has on end users.
3. AI-Generated Content
VibeNote.Studio uses Claude AI to generate website content from the brief data you provide. It is important to understand:
- AI-generated content is a starting point — not a final product
- You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before deploying it live
- AI may occasionally generate inaccurate, generic, or placeholder-style content
- You must correct any inaccuracies before deploying the website to a live URL
- VibeNote.Studio is not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content that you deploy without reviewing
Always preview the generated website thoroughly and use the editing tools to correct any content that does not accurately represent your client's business before deploying.
4. Client-Managed Content
VibeNote.Studio provides a client inline editor and blog CMS that allows your clients to update content on their live website after deployment. You must inform your clients that:
- They are responsible for all content they publish using the client editor and blog tools
- Content must comply with applicable laws and not harm, mislead, or deceive end users
- They must not use the content tools to publish illegal, harmful, or misleading information
By handing over client editor access, you transfer content management responsibility for that content to your client. VibeNote.Studio is not responsible for changes made by clients after handover.
5. Content Takedown Process
If VibeNote.Studio becomes aware of a website created through the platform that contains harmful, illegal, or abusive content, we will:
- Investigate the report within 48 hours of being notified
- Contact the account holder and request immediate removal of the offending content
- If the content is not removed promptly, suspend the deployment and access to the site
- Terminate the account if the violation is serious or repeated
- Report illegal content to relevant authorities where required by law
